As always, modern-Japanese, well-done, dishes with a nice twist: Be it the wonderful non-alcoholic pairing for those who don't enjoy drinking but still want to have something more than a Coke, or the special ingredients, with one or a few interesting and unique hero ingredients in each course.

I have been to some other Michelin star French restaurants in Tokyo and tbh some of those didn’t really taste as good as here. It is in a very lovely traditional style Japanese wooden house and the inner decorations are very nice. The waitress doesn’t speak English well but she tried hard to communicate.
