This restaurant seems brand new and I wish them all the luck as they are surely up for a great start!
After an extremely long day of walking we were looking for a ramen place in the center of Shibuya, few meters away from the busiest crossing in the entire world, at dinner time on a Sunday that had free seats and was quiet.
Mission impossible?
Pretty much yes.
Then we raised our eyes and saw this place on the other side of the street. Checked out Google review and saw only 45 but a record score of 4.8. "Mmmmh" we thought "should we trust them?".
But it was time to have dinner before getting ready to leave Tokyo early in the next morning and so we tried.
The place looks beautiful and super clean.
The 2 people behind the counter were very gentle and both speak English, which helps a lot!
Menu has very few options (basically only noodle with a combo of 3 toppings).
I don't particularly love hot spicy food and that's the only reason why I am choosing to give a rate of 4 instead of 5. To my taste I found the spiciness overpowered the rest of the food and somehow took away instead of enriching. Just a little bit less and I would have probably just loved it.
I also had in mind noodles that were not dry, but I adjusted immediately to that.
I loved that the owner taught us how/when to mix the Onsen Egg with the noodles, which made the experience particularly special and something I would have not...

I had level 3 dry noodle soup. Very flavorful and perfect amount of spice (for a European not used to eating spicy) very aromatic and perfect taste and texture of the noodles. If you are hungry I recommend ordering a big size, as normal size are more of a light lunch just like in China.
Not too oily or watery, perfect amount to dress noodles as you mix it. The onsen eggs are incredible, they seem to have been pickled in something other than only shoyu. I forgot to ask the chef, who by the way was very friendly. The chashu was great as well but with such flavorful noodles, I recommend starting with them or ordering without as they get overpowered right away.
Don't forget to finish the meal with the vanilla peppercorn ice cream. Goes very well after a spicy meal! Cannot wait to return...

You order through a QR code and both English and Korean menus are available which was convenient. I don't remember the exact name of the dish but I ordered the first menu item (level 5 spiciness). If you're Korean, I think you'll be able to handle level 5 without any issues 🤔 (It's a bit spicier than Buldak-bokkeum-myeon). Personally I prefer ramen with broth, so I wasn't completely satisfied, but my friend really enjoyed it. 나 매운거 왕왕 잘 먹는다 하시면 5단계 드세여 불닭볶음면 매워하면서 좋아하시면 4단계 진라면 매운맛은 3단계 정도로...
