M&C Café 丸の内店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

I came here in the summer of 2019, with the order of hamburger curry. I didn’t expect too much for the meal at the beginning, but it turned out to be a very delicious meal and I couldn’t forget it whenever i thought about Tokyo curry.

The curry had tangy flavour which you would miss it again. And the burger was mixed with something I couldn’t recognize them (maybe some vegetables and spices) so the flavour for the meat was balanced, juicy and a little bit oily but not too much. The curry sauce was thick enough for the bite of the mixture of the meat.

The price in 2019 was ¥1400. I found out it has been priced up now (probably ¥1700? around).

I went to the place during an unsociable hour but I still saw a few seats full, though the place is quite large so perhaps it's fine regardless. It was right next to the Tokyo station above a huge bookshop and had a nice view over the trains. I took the egg hayashi rice (and my partner - premium version, not much difference) and while my companion liked it, I didn't like it very much (too much ketchup taste).

It’s a cafe in a 4th floor of the Maruzen book store right next to the Tokyo station that serves Hayashi rice (rice with brown sauce that is similar to hashed brown).
