For the ramen of a life time, you MUST TRY Mashi No Mashi Signature Wagyu Ramen! The umami bone broth had been boiled for hours and with so much love you can taste it. The noodles are perfectly cooked, al dente, and the meats are top grades, melt-in-your-mouth! Even the vegetable and ingredients are organic top grades and from local farms, supporting local producers which can cost a bit more. AND AVAILABLE ONLY FOR A LIMITED PERIOD, you must try the Wagyu Cold Ramen. It's not heavy but refreshing and perfect to beat the summer heat. You don't expect the flavour until you taste it. I went there for lunch. MASHI NO MASHI TOKYO serves Jiro-style ramen made with genuine Japanese beef. From the ramen, you can really feel the care and attention to detail that goes into the ingredients, and in particular, the love for Japanese beef. You can enjoy Japanese beef to the full through the ramen, so I think it would be an experience that ramen lovers who also love Japanese beef would find irresistible.

I also think that the hospitality, which has a theatrical element to it, is something that you wouldn't expect from a ramen restaurant. From the moment I entered the restaurant until the moment I left, I was treated with great care and attention. The fact that they have a reservation system is also very helpful for ramen fans who are on a limited schedule.

The ramen was amazing!! The broth was a 10 for 10, the Wagyu 10 for 10, the noodles, 10 for 10, the atmosphere was great too!! I would go back for the broth alone. So why not five stars, mainly because the ramen is a little heavier than your regular bowl of Ramen, but I think that should be expected because of the Wagyu! Yes, it’s an expensive bowl of Ramen, but it’s Wagyu guys and you know that when you go in, so it’s not really a surprise. The chef was great as well and so was the attendant. Definitely recommend...
