I went on last Saturday. I left one of my earphone on table/mini table. I came back 3 hours after realized, however the employer not taking it seriously, they only check like 2-3 seconds(open the door and immediately get out again) and say "we don't found any missed items". At that time it was only 4 people eating(at 3 PM). In my opinion they can do more, but they lazy about it.

A better quality cheap beef bowl if you want the beef bowl experience. Used to be a yoshinoya guy but matsuya just seems to be better. Definitely recommend it as a must eat in Japan. A beef bowl is a must as much as ramen is.

この店はリニューアルしてセルフサービスに変わってます。 以前、間違えて炊いたようなご飯出てきたりしてましたが、リニューアル後はそういうことなくなってます。 いつも定食を頼むことが多いですが、写真のネギ塩豚肩ロース丼は、なかなか美味しい。 特別美味しい店ということではないけど、牛丼屋として星５とします。 ＜追記＞ たまにステーキ系とか、厚めの牛肉やるけど、値段が安いからしょうがないが、コスパ的には満たしてるだろうが、肉硬い。 で、牛の味があまりしない。 豚のトンテキとかは美味しいし、そこそこ柔らかいのに。 でも、2020年12月。今回は、硬いけど、そこそこ牛味がして、まあまあ美味しかった。 でも、歯が弱い初老にはやっぱり硬すぎ。 なんか、安い肉なら、舞茸とか何かの酵素使って柔らかくするとかしたらいいと思うけど、保存とか風味とかの問題かな？

Went here as a group for dinner, as we are making our orders in the machine an unknown old Japanese man tapped me in the arm telling us to hurry up because someone outside is waiting. He went back again and shouted at my wife while she's using the machine, what a terrible display of attitude for a total stranger. Our group is composed of 10 people, it is understood that it will take a significant amount of time. Worst experience ever in Japan, worst experience also in Japanese adult behavior...
