Matsuya Ningyōchō — Restaurant in Tokyo

I’ve been in Japan for the past week and every shop and resturant I’ve stepped foot in has had unbelievably exceptional customer service. But not this one. The staff were very unhelpful and rude: the only way to order is through a machine outdoors and it is barely responsive. When asked for assistance multiple times, they didn’t do anything to help. It took almost 10 minutes to order because the machine would reset every few seconds. The food is very average; I wouldn’t recommend putting in the hassle to order considering how long it takes and frustrating it is. Also, the place is not very wheelchair accessible, with steps in front of the door. Additionally, the staff yelled at my family for speaking at a normal volume.
