McDonald's Ikebukuro LABI Front Shop — Restaurant in Tokyo

I came there at about 8:25 pm and order 4 sets with some special request. The female staff seemed so hurry up and not be patient to wait for. I felt not comfortable so I tried to finish my order as soon as possible although no customer wait here. When she finished and gave me a receipt ...I accidentally remind that I forgot to request no onion , no tomato sauce in my burger..I added my request accompanied with my apologies for trouble in order . She said no, nothing changed because the order was finished. It took 30 seconds and she had no goodwill to announce the staffs in kitchen to change it for me. Could you please explain for me the behavior of this female staff...why ? even no customers waiting , not busy as usual. If the customer has allergies in some cases such an answer will bring dangerous circumstance by this way. So...

I seldom give reviews to McDonalds, but I would like to say I had a good experience in this store when I had lunch on a weekend.

The store was clean and bright. I feel comfortable dining in, although the shop is not that big.

And what made my day was that the staff were very polite. When a staff delivered the food to my table, she was so cheerful and nice. When I returned the tray, another staff helped me. I had a terrible experience at McDonald's recently. All I ordered were fries – a simple, straightforward request. But when I got my order, they completely messed it up by not including any ketchup. It’s not like it was a complicated order, yet the staff somehow managed to forget such a basic item. I went back to the counter to ask for ketchup, and the staff seemed annoyed by the very request. This level of carelessness and poor service is unacceptable. How hard is it to get a basic order right? Definitely won’t be coming back...
