Like most ramen shops, this place is a bit of a grease pit—but it’s comfortable, with individual dividers at each of the 8–10 counter stools. There was only one person running the entire operation, so things moved a bit slowly, but overall the service was fine.

Each bowl is highly customizable: noodle portion (normal, medium, or large—no extra charge), garlic (with or without), spiciness level (none, a little, medium, a lot, or extreme for an extra JPY 100), and Szechuan pepper level (same scale as spiciness).

I ordered the squid ink ramen with chashu, egg, seaweed, and bamboo shoots—large noodles, no garlic, a little spiciness, and a little Szechuan pepper—for JPY 1,480.

Despite opting for no garlic, I still felt a strong garlic-like kick throughout the meal. It’s something to keep in mind if you're concerned about post-meal breath.

That said, the broth was savory, salty, and moderately viscous, yet remained balanced. The noodles were cooked al dente, and the squid ink added a striking visual appeal. The chashu was fall-off-the-bone tender—practically melting apart.

All in all, the ramen was fantastic. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a novelty bowl, but it could just as easily become a...

Great place, you can choose the level of regular spicy and the level of sichuan pepper. This is a chinese spice that is a particular type of spicy that will make your tongue to go numb and will leave an acid taste in your mouth, it is weird and interesting to taste. But I dont like it at all ;) so is great you can decide by separated because I love spicy I hate shichuan, also you decide if you want garlic or not garlic. The ramen is a very thick miso ramen, the noodles are thick ones, is just my type of ramen but be aware is not a...

Very good ramen in Mita. You probably don't care but it's near my work, very convenient :-)

Like may ramen restaurants, you first buy your ticket at the machine, then wait a few minutes to be served. You can customize spice and pepper level (4 different levels for each).

Prices range from around 800 to 1300 yen depending on your basic ramen order, then you can add toppings to customize even more.

The restaurant has about 10 seats. It's clean and...
