Like most ramen shops, this place is a bit of a grease pit—but it’s comfortable, with individual dividers at each of the 8–10 counter stools. There was only one person running the entire operation, so things moved a bit slowly, but overall the service was fine.
Each bowl is highly customizable: noodle portion (normal, medium, or large—no extra charge), garlic (with or without), spiciness level (none, a little, medium, a lot, or extreme for an extra JPY 100), and Szechuan pepper level (same scale as spiciness).
