Average at best. Not accommodating to foreigners much friendlier with the locals. Japanese menu has more option on it than English.

Sat downstairs in the basement even though requested space at the bar ( which they had available on the seating plan )

Food and entire stay felt very rushed. Pizza was ok - super soggy centre Lasagne was very very small, 60% of it was cheese & sauce.

Really bad tiramisu ( just cream and a slither of soggy sponge/finger )

Chocolate cake was drier than my humour.

Beer was decent but at 1400yen a 330ml can you’d hope so.

All in all. Not great. Go elsewhere where they’ll appreciate your custom and accommodate...

I had heard a lot about Tokyo pizza and this place did not disappoint. Beautiful dark bar, setting with a very cool stylish interior. A real stone pizza oven and all fresh ingredients sourced from Hiroshima, including the excellent craft beer! I sat at the bar and the pizza was made in minutes right in front of me and was perfect - soft perfectly baked crust and absolutely fresh perfectly, and subtly combined ingredients. So good I had to order a second pizza! And all done with that very Japanese sense of graciousness that made me feel like it was a home-cooked meal. Unlike any pizza experience you could...

Incredible meal with incredible hosting. The owner gets enjoyment out of feeding you, and I get enjoyment out of eating. Match made in heaven.

The staff was knowledgeable of the food and took great effort in assisting us with the wine selection. No English menu, but the staff does speak English and can help navigate. We had the pizza with prosciutto, a bottle of wine, and spaghetti with Boars meat. Each bite brought a tear to my eye. If you’re visiting from out of town, or if you’re a local, this restaurant makes you feel like family.
