A small 12 counter seat restaurant serving delicious food. The two ladies didn’t speak any English but they were helpful and kind. They don’t smile much but they are very nice, so don’t take that against them! I went with my wife and 10yo daughter, initially we order one large and one medium to share as she’s not a big eater. She loved it so much we had to order another medium sized dish. They were also very flexible as my wife forgot her stuff in a shop. Mid way through cooking, I asked to hold my wife’s dish which they did without any drama. We truly enjoyed the food and friendly services. Before we left the chef came out (despite being very busy with new 8 customers) to give candy to my daughter. We will definitely go back on our next trip. Note: cash only and kids friendly.

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! The meat was perfectly cooked and tender. I ordered the large steak bowl with garlic rice & coleslaw as a topping. The bowl came with butter and garlic chips as well as my selected topping. My husband and dad ordered the curry bowls with a little bit of steak and they both devoured it! The staff was extremely nice and helpful (as we are from America and only speak English) so they gave us an English menu and still attempted to interact with us which was so nice. Restaurant itself was very clean, nice and all bar seating. Will def be back! Best part, beers are 150 yen for a Kirin Heartland!!!

When I tried to place my order, the rude, loud chef kept yelling at me about not accepting WeChat Pay, which I don’t even use. He insisted they only take cash and PayPay. I told him I had PayPay, and he barked back that they only accept Japanese PayPay. I don’t know what his issue is with China or Chinese people, but his behavior was shockingly disrespectful. During the ordering process, the staff don’t even approach customers. They expect customers to shout across the room. As someone who doesn't speak fluent Japanese, I had to walk over just to avoid making mistakes. It’s incredibly inconvenient. If you’re a foreigner or don’t speak Japanese, avoid this place. It’s not worth the emotional frustration. The food itself isn’t bad, but the garlic rice was so overpowering with garlic that I couldn’t even taste the meat. I should’ve just gone with plain rice.

Prepare to wait!!! Our family arrived at 12:30pm, a little late for lunch and we had to wait for more than 2 hours to get seated. When you get inside the restaurant, guests will have to wait an extra 20 mins before they receive their food since the chef took a longgggg time to cut his meat and assemble the meals. The beef curry was delicious, very flavorful (I recommend adding more pepper). The beef is tender and go well with the curry sauce. You can never go wrong with Japanese rice because it absorbs all the sauce. Did it worth the wait though? Absolutely not! Unless you manage to arrive early or you want to order take out since they will prioritize takeaways. It was a nice experience but I would not recommend waiting this long for a meal when you can find better options around shibuya.

This restaurant really provides a delicious and memorable experience! They are constantly cooking delicious, juicy, high quality steak, and the interior is very clean with modern appliances and good lighting. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend the additional side of curry, as it’s not only very delicious, but it also helps to cut through the constant beef and rice flavor. Plus, it’s only an additional ¥300 for high quality curry. This really is a great spot for lunch or dinner, and thankfully there wasn’t a wait when I came (most highly rated restaurants in Tokyo have very long wait times).

CASH ONLY. Food was good, especially the garlic rice, but the service for foreigners felt a bit lacking. Not because they didn't speak English, more like the attitude from the older chef. Felt a bit like "oh we have to serve this foreigner that doesn't speak any Japanese, annoying". While to other customers, Asian and Japanese speaking, it was all smiles. For the price, I have eaten at much better places 1 block away. If you feel like splurging, give it a go. But check to see if the chef working is NOT an older guy.
