When I tried to place my order, the rude, loud chef kept yelling at me about not accepting WeChat Pay, which I don’t even use. He insisted they only take cash and PayPay. I told him I had PayPay, and he barked back that they only accept Japanese PayPay. I don’t know what his issue is with China or Chinese people, but his behavior was shockingly disrespectful.

During the ordering process, the staff don’t even approach customers. They expect customers to shout across the room. As someone who doesn't speak fluent Japanese, I had to walk over just to avoid making mistakes. It’s incredibly inconvenient.

If you’re a foreigner or don’t speak Japanese, avoid this place. It’s not worth the emotional frustration. The food itself isn’t bad, but the garlic rice was so overpowering with garlic that I couldn’t even taste the meat. I should’ve just gone with plain rice.
