TOURISTS BEWARE! This bar ripped me off.
The atmosphere and music were fun, but the billing was dishonest. Our final check was over double what we expected. When I looked closely, I saw they had duplicated the number of drinks on the receipt. The “number of people” field (which doubled the total) was tucked away in a corner and easy to miss late at night.
They also offered us “welcome shots” without mentioning that each was three times the price of the most expensive drink on the menu. I assumed it was a normal menu price because of the friendly offer and the otherwise good reviews.
When I questioned the bill, the staff member with pink hair acted surprised and then suddenly “didn’t understand,” even though it was clear what was happening.
