Yaki-ago Shio Ramen Takahashi Kabukicho-branch — Restaurant in Tokyo

Before entering there wasn’t anyone in line so I wanted to check if they had a seat open (I saw a few open). Someone came after me and I was a bit aggressively forced back out the door and pointed at the two people waiting then. I thought the staff was rude in how they addressed it. I would almost give a 2 star rating but the ramen was OK so I’ll leave it at a 3 and just expect they are jaded from rude previous customers… truly though I could list quite a few better tasting ramen in the area with better...

I think most of the toppings here are pretty average. However, I really enjoyed this addicting fish broth. They made a broth out of grilled flying fish and pork bone and paired it with a simple salt seasoning. The savory broth and smoky aroma from the grilled fish work incredibly well together. Never saw much of a line here either despite its location...

美味しかったです。 予想以上に。 何の下調べもなく、たまたま通りかかっただけのお店だったのですが、焼きあごって、フレーズに 魅力を感じちゃいました。
