For a fast food restaurant, fast was the last thing that it was. It took awhile before I got my food. Before that, we had to order using a touch screen, which didn't have an English version, so my friend just chose via the pictures. Not the greatest idea, he didn't like what he got. Me on the other hand, I had to use Google translate via the camera to scroll through everything to find what I wanted. Then it took forever to actually get to me. Also the bathrooms are locked and you have to use a special combo found on your receipt, which would of been nice to know before I through mine away. Luckily a man was nice enough to use his to help me out. As you know, finding a bathroom in Japan can be quite a difficult task sometimes. As for the quality of the food, I got the double teriyaki burger and it tasted pretty good. I also got a small free with it but believe it or not they do not have ketchup, so be ready to eat plain fries, cause that's your only option. Overall I wouldn't likely go there again but if you don't mind some of the stuff I said, then go give it a try. It might just be for you, it just...

This is definitely a Japanese take on the hamburger joint. One of those weird little cultural twists where you'd think the food would be like you remember, only it's entirely different.
The portions are smaller than you'll find in the US. So, if you're thinking "double-double", that's not what you'll get here. The burgers are small, but tasty, and the only size of french fries you'll get is about the size of a McDonald's small.
That being said, they serve some really interesting burger combinations here. Shirmp corroke on hamburger bun was great, as was their take on the chili burger. Top the meal off with a nice cold glass of melon cream soda, and man, that's good times. Not the most bang for your buck, but, definitely worth...
Read moreThe restaurant was clean and the staff at the front desk were super helpful even with the language barrier. They have a low allergen menu (in my case it was a godsend bc Gluten Free). The burger was small but the fact that it came in a plastic baggy & was just heated inside the baggy gave peace of mind in terms of cross contamination probability. The bag the burger came in was super steamy so it needs a couple of minutes to cool. I would it compare it to the size to the sausage biscuit breakfast sandwich at McDonald's but...
