It was the most awful restaurant we ever have experienced in Tokyo on June 25th. Even there were no guest at that time, only us but there was no greetings. We just ordered the motsunabe with mineral water only and the lady said out loud with kitchen staff in Japanese as “They are ordering with only water”with irony tone. We know Japanese language, as we are living in Japan for 7 years but maybe the lady did not know that so that and she might think we are just foreigner tourists. During her service, there is no apology as inside our cup of water, there is a black weird thing. She just changed the cup without saying 申し訳ない or something with apology! The most awful service in this Roppongi area. That was the basic thing when you do service in Japan. Beside that, during the order, she even did not explain the course. We order the noodle with motsunabe and requested to bring the noodle with the sametime. But the lady said that it was not allowed even without any explaination why it was not allowed. We know that noodle is shimemen and it will be delivered in the end, but why she did not explain about that, instead of say no? The owner should change the staff otherwise your restaurant will receive such bad comments...
