After enjoying the recommended pudding, my colleague and I visited this ox tongue resto, which was recommended by our program's trainer as well. . We both ordered the Marune Set Meal, which featured shirotan, akatan, mugi-meshi, tororo, oxtail soup and pickles. The ox tongue was quite flavourful and tender, but a bit thin. The mugi-meshi (rice) paired well with the tororo, offering an appetising combination.The oxtail soup was clear and savoury. . We were arranged to sit near the grill area, allowing us to observe the staff grilling the ox tongue for us. The staff members were generally caring and helpful. . Being part of a chain, it was convenient to locate similar restaurants throughout Japan.

表参道駅から徒歩5分ほどのところにある「ねぎし」です！この日は15時前にやってきたのですが、まだまだランチを楽しむ人で溢れていました。春休みだからでしょうか、若い人が多い印象でしたよ。今回はひとりだったので、カウンターに案内してくれました。キンッキンの麦茶、美味しい〜。（お茶は店員さんが気づいて注いでくれる or　店員さんにお願いするスタイルです）卓上には「ご来店ポイント」のQRコードがありました。「ご来店ポイント」を貯めると色々特典がついてくるようなので、頻繁にねぎしに行く方はぜひ♪ ねぎし＆がんこちゃん（1,800円）メニューがたくさんあり迷いましたが、今回は「ねぎし＆がんこちゃん」をチョイスしました。〜ねぎしとは？やわらかく旨みのある「白たん」を食べやすく、うす切りにした『ねぎし』が、さらに美味しくなりました。創業以来の人気商品です。がんこちゃんとは？赤身ならではの歯ごたえとあっさりした味わいが特徴の「赤たん」を食べやすくうす切りにして、『がんこちゃん』として提供しています。〜そして、ねぎしの特徴といえる麦めしも健在です。おかわり自由ということで、たっぷり食べたい時にもぴったりです。コラーゲンたっぷりのテールスープ！ホっと優しい味わいで、シャキシャキのねぎの食感が心地よい♪ 中には小さめの牛たんも入っていて、これだけでも牛たんの旨みがぎゅっと凝縮されています。おみ漬けは、山形県の契約農家で育てられた青菜と青唐辛子を使っているそう！ちょうど良い味付けで、これだけでもご飯がバクバク進みます〜〜。そして、青唐辛子味噌は、ピリっと刺激のある辛味と味噌の濃厚さがたまりません＞＜そして、いよいよメインの牛たんです！！まずはがんこちゃんからいただきましょう。赤身の旨みと、歯応えが特徴です✨ 香ばしさもあり旨みが溢れるのですが、あっさりしているので、ご飯と一緒に食べる前に「あっなくなっちゃった」って気付くほどでした。そして、ねぎし！！！シャクッシャクっと柔らかく、食べやすい食感♪ 噛むほどに旨みが溢れてきて、まさにご飯へとワンバウンドしたくなる味付けです。牛たんはタンパク質・鉄分・各種ビタミンなど多くの栄養素が入っているのでかなり身体にイイし、カロリーも低いので、いくら食べてもカロリー0なところが嬉しいです〜〜。（？!) はい、そしてねしといえばこのとろろ！！きめ細やかさと粘りと香りが最高品質の「千葉県多古町産大和芋」を使用しているそう。牛たんで半分ほどご飯を食べたら、ちょっと醤油を加えてとろろご飯を楽しむべしっ！！粘り気が強く、通常のとろろよりもモッタリとしているので、ねぎしの硬めに炊き上げられた麦めしとよく絡み、相性抜群なのです◎ とろろご飯のために大きいお椀にしているのか？と思うほど、とろろご飯の食べやすさが半端なかったです。
