made a reservation for two at 12:30 and arrived at 12:20. at 12:30, they let everyone (around 8-10 groups) in, even those who arrived later than us. at 12:42, we asked whether those who have seated had earlier reservations and the staff said everyone had 12:30 reservations. asked why everyone before us have already been seated, and their reply was they have designated seats for each reservation and that we can only sit down when the people at our "designated table" leaves. they let the previous guest stay beyond their reservation and we were only seated at 12:45 whilst everyone else have already been served...

I knew it was summer, but I paid a higher fee to sit outside, but the restaurant was not equipped with a fan, so it was very hot in the evening.
