Made our way here after reading a review of this place in a magazine. Lined up outside since 11:15am (they open at 11:30) for 45 mins we finally got to make our order. Because we don't speak or read any Japanese we tried to order with English and gestures, we pointed at 3 different pictures (they were some of the most popular dish on their menu) he then had his arms crossed and said "sold out" for all of them. We came early to line up for that particular dish It was unbelievable how quickly they were all "sold out" considering we were one of the first 20 customers in line since they opened that day. So we finally ordered something that wasn't "sold out" after an hour of wait. Seats inside were obviously enough for more people to get inside (they let 1 person sit at a large table which apparently can fit 4 people, and slowly clean up tables after their customers leaves) instead of doing it in a more efficient manner they had to make people stand outside line up and wait. And guess what we saw someone who came in after us were having the "sold out" meal we were trying to order (yes I'm sure they were having one of the exact same meal in the pictures we pointed at). Those guys were speaking Japanese so they are Japanese locals I assume. I'm guessing tourists/ foreigners are unwelcome here. Fresh fish and food was decent but it was such an unpleasant experience. Would not come back again or recommend this place to anyone.
