From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was everything I hoped for—chill, stylish, and welcoming. The lounge has an upscale yet cozy vibe with dim lighting, plush seating, and great music that sets the perfect mood. The hookah was smooth, flavorful, and lasted a long time without needing constant coal changes. They have an impressive variety of shisha flavors (my favorite was the mint watermelon mix), and the staff helped us pick a combo that hit just right.

Service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our server made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. The drinks and small bites were surprisingly good too, making this more than just a hookah spot.

Thought I had found a new local place for shisha, but will seemingly have to keep looking. Been visiting about 4 times in the past few weeks and went again the other day. It was lively, but not extremely busy. We asked for a change of coal after smoking for about 30 mins. Were ignored for 20 mins. Asked again, very politely. Was ignored for another 20 mins. The shisha was completely dead by then and even when the coal was finally changed (after about 40 mins), the shisha was extremely flat and just not worth it. To add to it, the hose was rudely thrown at me after the change of coal. Honestly... I usually have very low expectation in terms of customer service, but this was a new low in Japan. Would recommend just about any other place in Tokyo...

The artisan tobacco blends are a great idea but as an English speaker I did find the options a bit confusing. I wanted to blend blends (I'm awkward like that) but it was met with confusion/resistance. Which I kind of get, but I wanted to be challenged. The cherry blossom blend was a little subtle in flavour to be thoroughly enjoyable. It might have tasted better through the high grade filter system but that was way out of my budget!
