This cafe is located very close to Okachimachi Station, in the bulding's basement, so after taking the stairs down, you are up for a real time-slip experience here! I used to come here a lot during my long-term stay in Tokyo and in my opinion, the signature dish is the delicious Napolitan Pasta!
