We had our last lunch in Tokyo here before heading out to Haneda Airport and ordered two meal sets i.e. the pork & meatball with black vinegar sauce set AND the beef teppanyaki set. We also ordered a few side dishes like spinach with sesame sauce (gomae), mini fried chicken (kara-age), and mini tonkatsu cutlets. The best thing of ordering in the restaurant is you can tailor the portion of your rice and they will adjust the prices charged. You can order with English option when you use the QR code on the ordering site with your mobile phone.
We spent total of ¥ 3,900 for the above lunch orders, and we think it was quite good value for your money. Taste wise, it was just average which is a bit disappointing considering I tried better Ootoya dishes in their overseas branch. Customer service was good as usual in Japan and you can pay with V/MC payment cards.
