Disappointing! I used to go to Osaka Osho in Gakugeidaigaku (best gyoza ever!!!). If you get the chance, I really recommend that one, or even the branch near Inari-cho station (the chefs there actually cook with passion)
This branch wasn't great. The ordering tablet feels tricked. They put the “special gyoza(extra garlic)” right at the top (looks almost the same as the regular one), and the normal gyoza is hidden way down the screen. We ended up ordering the special one by mistake (150 yen more), and when we asked the staff if we could switch it for the regular signature gyoza, they said no.
Beer is 600 yen, which feels overpriced for a place like this. And overall, the food here is slightly more expensive compared to other branches.
The biggest letdown was the gyoza itself. The special gyoza was a bit dry and the boiled ones were too soft. Honestly, the frozen ones you can buy at the supermarket and cook at home...

Food came pretty fast, portion was great and we left the place happy.
