This place is a scam 🙂 I don’t even want to give one star. All the good review probably are bought one.
Everyone, take a look at the picture: 9 oysters, 3 scallops, 3 shrimp, a few slices of pork and lamb, plus some vegetables. Does this look like it’s worth 16,500 yen? 😅 (5,500 yen per person).
I booked this restaurant because I saw many good reviews online saying it was buffet style. But when we arrived, it was nothing like the reviews that mentioned “friendly staff” or “Chinese-speaking staff.” All the staff here had a terrible attitude.
At first, they even tried to refuse us entry, saying that without booking two days in advance we couldn’t come in. I showed one staff member my same-day reservation, but she still had to check with all the other staff before letting us in. That was fine, but… We made it clear from the beginning that we wanted the buffet. The staff gave us a menu without any explanation and just walked away. We had to call them over several times and talk to different people before we could even place an order.
After finishing the food, we asked for more, but they said it would cost extra. We asked, “Isn’t this a buffet?” Then a man (one staff member said he was the manager) spoke very rudely to us, saying it wasn’t a buffet but a set meal. But from the very start, even before we entered, we had repeatedly confirmed we were there for the oyster buffet!
Later, one staff member who understood English a little better came to serve us. We explained the situation to her, but in the middle of our conversation, the so-called manager forcibly pulled her away, refusing to let her talk with us. Honestly, I felt like they were taking advantage of us foreigners not understanding Japanese. And this portion of food for this price? No way. Even at five-star restaurants I get more than this and this was just a small restaurant under the railway tracks.
Not a single staff member apologized or explained anything throughout the whole experience.
This kind of dishonest place should really be avoided.

食べ放題を予約したいと思ったものの、タイミングが合わず前日に連絡しました。原則2日前までの予約が必要と記載されていたので、前日の連絡では対応が難しいことは理解していました。それでも、ネットで席のみの空枠がたくさんありそうだったため、とりあえず電話で問い合わせてみました。
しかし、電話での店員さんの対応が非常に残念なものでした。 不愛想な声で、何を聞いても返事がなく、まるでぼーっとしているようでした。こちらの電波が悪いかと思ってしまったくらいです。質問をすると、「明日はいっぱいですから」と返され、私はいっぱいですってどういう意味でしょうか?と非常に困惑しました。私が「いっぱいだと無理なのでしょうか?やはり2日前までにネットで予約する必要がありますよね」と確認すると、「いや、電話でもできますが、食べ放題ですかね?もういっぱいです」と返されました。
私は前日の予約が難しいことは理解しており、確認のために問い合わせただけでしたが、このような対応をされるともうその店に行きたくなくなります。店員さんから普通に「そうですね、2日前までに予約していただく必要があります」とはっきり言われれば納得できたのに、この対応は非常に残念に思いました。

I haven't had a meal yet, but I would like to share my experience regarding the service.
I wanted to make a reservation for an all-you-can-eat meal, but I couldn't find a suitable timing and ended up contacting the restaurant a day before. I understood that reservations are required at least two days in advance as mentioned in the policy. However, I noticed that there seemed to be many available seats online, so I decided to call and inquire.
Unfortunately, the response from the staff was very disappointing. The staff's voice was unfriendly and they barely responded to my questions, as if they were not paying attention. It made me think there was an issue with the phone's signal. When I asked for clarification, the staff responded with "It's fully booked for tomorrow," which left me very confused. I asked, "Doesn’t that mean it's not possible to get a reservation? Should I have made an online reservation two days in advance instead?" The staff then replied, "Well, you can also book by phone, but for the all-you-can-eat service, it's fully booked."
I understood that it would be difficult to make a reservation on the day before and was just checking, but this kind of response makes me not want to visit the restaurant. Read more2 adults and 1 kid came here to have dinner. Made my reservation thru the internet on the same day. Planning to have ALL YOU CAN EAT OYSTER, however, we were told that a reservation for all-you-can-eat oyster is needed separately 3 days ago/before Wed of the week (has to give them a call). The table next to mine made the same mistake.
Other tables had all-you-can-eat oyster allowed to bring drinks from outside (beers/green tea, etc...)
