Tokyo’s Hidden Halal Gem – Place So Good, It Deserves a Passport Stamp! 🍜 🤩

After a 20-minute “exploration mission” near the station (tip: find the stairs with the wagyu sign 🐮 near by like across from the 7/11), I struck gold. This place is a must for Halal food lovers!

The Food (1000/10): Crunchy golden chicken bites (yes, I ordered twice – zero regrets) and grilled wagyu beef on rice that made me question life choices. The ramen? A symphony of rich broth, chewy noodles, and beef so tender it could win awards. Halal heaven!

Vibes & Staff: The team here is pure joy. When they heard I’m from Germany 🇩🇪, they whipped out a mini German flag, snapped a photo for their Instagram, and thanked me like I’d just donated a kidney. Saw them do this with every guest – turns out, eating here makes you Insta-famous! 😂🫶🏻✨

For Travelers: No Japanese? No stress. They’ll treat you like royalty and guide you through the menu with smiles bigger than Tokyo Tower.

Final Call: Skip this, and your trip to Japan is incomplete. Trust me.

Dua: May this restaurant thrive forever, their pans stay sizzling, and their Instagram feed become a global hall of fame for hungry souls....

I had the pleasure of dining at Shinjuku Tei Halal Wagyu Ramen, and it was truly an amazing experience! The rich, flavorful broth was packed with depth and warmth, perfectly complementing the tender wagyu slices that just melt in your mouth. The noodles were cooked to perfection with a great bite, and the portion was generous without being overwhelming.

What stood out most was the balance of flavors — hearty yet not too heavy, and every spoonful was comforting. The fact that it’s halal makes it even more special, allowing more people to enjoy authentic Japanese ramen with premium wagyu beef.

On top of the delicious food, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere also added to the authentic Japanese feel.

If you’re looking for a place that serves high-quality halal ramen with wagyu beef, Shinjuku Tei is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be...

Need help finding this place? It is underneath the train tracks. As you’re walking underneath the bridge, you’ll see an alleyway of restaurants. This restaurant is on the 2nd Floor, so look for a staircase! As another reviewer said, it’s a bit of a treasure hunt to find the place but you’ll be glad you did! You can tell they are excited to be a new restaurant, and happy to be serving every customer with a very kind demeanor.

I was looking for some ramen after I landed in Tokyo from California. I found this restaurant with great reviews and I decided to make this my first meal! They opened the restaurant earlier this year and it’s nice to see they’re doing so well so far. Lovely service from Azhar, and delicious food from the chefs!

Their miso ramen has a unique savory refreshing taste and their halal wagyu beef is perfectly cooked. It melts in your mouth. And even though it was a 91°F day, it felt great to eat it. Definitely check Halal Wagyu Ramen...
