Ramen Haku — Restaurant in Tokyo

Update: it’s been 6 days so I had to come back. I remembered to take a picture halfway through eating. Maybe next week I will update this again 😭😂😂🤩🤩 I ordered extra noodles this time but couldn’t finish them all. The portions are big so don’t let your eyes get too greedy!

外から見ると広めのラーメン店のように見えますが、実際の店内は、カウンター席が20席にも満たない比較的小さな店です。とは言え、木調とメタリックを合わせたような、テーブルなどの調度品や内装が、シンプルながらスタイリッシュな雰囲気を醸し出しているように思います。 国道20号線沿いにあるものの、店外の車の往来の喧騒は全くと言っていい程聞こえません。また広めの窓ガラスが設置されているため、外からの光がたっぷり入り、明るい雰囲気になっています。 入口付近に設置されている券売機であらかじめ食券を購入する必要があります。店名にある通り、鶏白湯スープを使っているため、まろやかな味付けになっていると思います。一方で、この店ならではの特徴を強く出すような味付けはあまり感じられず、且つ量もやや少なめであるように思います。万人受けの無難な味付けであるように感じ、特に女性向けだと思います（男性では少し物足りなさを感じるかもしれません）。 スタッフの接客対応はとても丁寧で、全く問題ないと思います。

From the outside, it looks like a spacious ramen restaurant, but the actual interior is relatively small, with less than 20 counter seats. Nevertheless, the tables and other furnishings and décor, which look like a combination of wood and metallic, seem to create a simple yet stylish atmosphere. Although the restaurant is located along Route 20, the hustle and bustle of car traffic outside the restaurant is not audible at all. In addition, the wide window panes allow plenty of light to enter from outside, creating a bright atmosphere. You must purchase a meal ticket in advance from the ticket vending machine located near the entrance. As the name of the restaurant suggests, the chicken white soup is mildly seasoned. On the other hand, there is not much seasoning that makes the soup unique to this restaurant, and the amount of soup is rather small. I feel that it is a safe seasoning that can be accepted by everyone, especially for women (men may feel it is a little insufficient). The staff is very attentive, and I don't think there are any...

I had a fantastic experience at Ramen Haku! They offer delicious non-pork options, which is a huge plus for those looking for alternatives.
