【】 カウンター席とテーブル席。卓上タッチパネルオーダー。 期間限定メニューの牡蠣ちゃんぽん¥980をオーダー。いわゆるちゃんぽんスープではなく味噌系スープで炒めた野菜の上に、ソテーされた牡蠣が2つ乗っています。 白濁したちゃんぽんスープを期待していたのでちょっと残念。 スープに牡蠣感が無い。味噌味ちゃんぽんに牡蠣をのせただけという感じ。 牡蠣ちゃんぽんと聞いて、牡蠣出汁の白濁スープを期待してしまっていました。 ごちそうさまでした。

A premium level store. I watched my friends eat as they have no vegetarian options but was nice enough to explain to me that even though they make yachai versions of their noodle everything is pork based. I appreciated that. The store has wait staff and you order in the store sitting down on their ipad instead of just ordering from a...
