Royal Indian — Restaurant in Tokyo

Simple and clean setup, not very lively. I got impression its more of hang out for regular people who sit smoke, drink and have food. Food taste was decent, took tandoori plater. Seekh kabab, tandori chicken and prawn was good. Yellow dal was good, naan was big and tasty. Malabri shrimp was lil disappointing as it was sweet in tast, no malabari taste. Yes they serve halal chicken, location is good, but very intuitive, its in basement so google will show arrived but you need to take stairs. Dinner for 2 ppl...

Came here for lunch on a Wednesday at 1pm and wasn't busy. Ordered the all you can eat lunch 1250 yen which includes 5 different curries, tandoori chicken and another meat like dish, Nan, rice, salad, soup an a dessert. The day we came they didn't have butter chicken and my son wasn't a huge fan of the curries they had on offer but they were kid enough to bring him a bowl even though we never asked. Overall for the price, the quality and taste it's a great place for lunch....

Monday is chicken curry. Some large folks are going to town on the all you can eat buffet. I’ll have to get here earlier for that next time and be hungrier. For now, I was quite satisfied especially with the salt latte. Also curious about the Chinese place across the way. Meanwhile the longest line is for the Japanese teishoku place but I’ll need a bit of help...
