2024/03/27 11:40頃　初訪問 ■海鮮丼(梅)+赤海老=1080円 ▼クレジットカード払い(タッチOK)　注文は入口横の券売機でほんのりと気候が和らいできて、上着がなくても少し肌寒いくらいになってきたのでこちらに訪問してみました。寒い日に海鮮丼は食べる気持ちにならないんですよね。前に通りかかった時は行列が出来ていたのですが、今日はそんなこともなく待たずに席に座れました。店内はL字カウンターと左奥に2人〜4人掛けのテーブル席がありますがそんなに広くはないです。開店したばかりなのでとても清潔で和の雰囲気を全面に出しています。観光客を狙ってるようにも見えました。店内のBGMは三味線の「春暁」が流れていて粋な計らいだと思いました。券売機は最新式の機種を使ってるようなのでメニューの写真があればなお購買意欲を唆るのではないでしょうか。チケットを店員さんに渡して席に付くと、すぐに削りたての鰹節とわさびと沢庵が提供されます。鰹節には自信があるようで、まずはそのまま食べてみてと案内されました。確かにふわふわして鰹の風味が生きていて美味しかったです。海鮮丼は1分程で提供されました。早いです。締めにお茶漬けにできるようで声がけしてくださいと案内されました。最初は海苔にご飯と寿司ネタを巻いて食べてみてくださいと卓上の看板に案内があったので、寿司屋の大将の気持ちになりきって巻いて食べてみました。白飯に酢の味はそんなに感じられなかったです。自分で巻いて食べる寿司みたいなものの味は普通でしたね。特にこれといった感動はありませんでした。かける醬油も2種類選べますが、寿司に少しだけかけようとした時に指に傳わってしました。うまい具合にできないもどかしい気持ちにさせてくれるので、醬油の器は指に傳わらない、いい感じなモノに変えて貰えると助かるなと思います。海鮮丼は定番の赤身マグロはなく、いくらとなめろうがメインのようです。隣のお客さんがお茶漬けにしてもらう際に、ご飯を追加で入れてくれてました。赤海老は大きいのですが尻尾と頭を取り除いたあとの皿が欲しいなと思いました。そんなことを思ってたら2つ隣のお客さんが「海老の受け皿ください」と言ってたので、そうか言えば出るのかとほぼ食べ終えた後に知りました。お茶漬けは、しばらく腹八分目というのを人間ドックの結果を受けてから固く貫き通しているので、頼まずに店を後にしました。店の雰囲気は大変良いのですが、味は普通かなという感想です。梅だからでしょうか？次回はもう上位ランクの海鮮丼を食べたいと思います。ご馳走様でした。

One of the highlights of our trip to Tokyo. Infact so good we went back twice. Both times in the evening and both times we had to wait 5 - 10 mins for a table. Staff aren't super engaging, but that's fine. They are busy. They were helpful and offered guidance and assistance. The dashi is shaved fresh and absolutely delicious. I would go back in a heartbeat 💓
