All the local gaijin seem to hang out here lol. Don’t come here if you want to have a Japanese experience because it’s full of foreigners.
But yeah it’s a decent little open air spot. Staff is great. They made a small mistake when charging me for a panini and corrected it immediately.
There’s cars and buses and motorbikes constantly going by in front of you - which, if that bothers you I’m not sure why you’re in Tokyo 笑
I feel like that’s part of the charm of this place. You’re in a big city and this place really makes you feel like it. I want to sip on my coffee as the world goes by.
Anyway, it’s a big upgrade over any silly Starbucks as far as I’m concerned.

While returning to my table I saw an employee walking past my table and taking my wallet and entering the back area of the store
I thought it was a misunderstanding and went asking the manager to please tell the employee she took my wallet by mistake and please return it to me.
the manager went to talk to the employee who took my wallet and came back saying she didn’t take my wallet. After I threatened to call the police, the manager became physically hostile and kicked me out.

Read moreThe service is improving and some western staff are very pleasant and just behave very normally not like the traditional Japanese Robot service. A simple hand writing greeting on the package even made me a day. Although the price improved and the company is going to introduce some unfavourable point system to get more benefits, it is still worth of coming here for the lovely staff. We are not buying the food and drink, also service .
