TLDR: Decent burger but not great. Priced too high compared to better tasting competition. Good desserts.
If this was anywhere else in Japan, maybe the food would have gotten an extra star for tue ācomfort foodā factor but in Tokyo, especially in Shibuya itās a harder sell.
The food isnāt bad. Itās actually rather good. The Soda was watered down though, thatās a bit of a common theme in Japan in general with machine servers. The ambiance is nice. If you like craft beer there is a fair selection. The desserts are actually very nice and they have shakes. Which some of the other burger joints donāt have. Iād go so far as to even say you should go here for the sweets more than the burgers.
But it if you are just going for a burger, Shibuya is a popular battle ground and there are just too many other better tasting options, many of them at better price points.
Again itās not bad. If you want something sit. Have a full meal with a good burger some beers and dessert, with a group of mates, taking your time, sure, it is worth consideration.
If you just want a good burger you can find much better value, not...

We happened to see this restaurant across the street and saw that they serve breakfast so we decided to check them out. We were extremely grateful to have an alternative option.
The regular coffee and latte were delightful! We ordered a flight of beer, but they were out of some of the IPA, therefore one of them had to be Budweiser š never in my life would I think that Iād have Budweiser in a flight, but it was one of the more pleasant flavors of beer today.
The French toast was good and we added ice cream to it! It came with fresh berries which was pleasant. The burrito could have used a little bit more filling. It was mostly tortilla. The fries were really good though. Nice perfect crisp crunch.
The waiter was super kind and connected an extra table because of our flight of beer taking up space. He made the latte in the photo š
The space is large and the sunny weather...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs an American I like to go to at least one burger place to compare the food as each place has its own way of making the same thing.
I got the classic burger. The meat has an undertone of cracked black pepper which was interesting and not nessesarilly bad, just a different twist. The reason for the lower score is because the meat was weird. The texture was like 1/3rd ground beef, 1/3 pulled pork, and 1/3rd steak. It was not particularly good. I had one or two bits of something I couldn't chew through like a ligament or hard fat. The person who came with me agrees that the burger texture was weird in a bad way. They had bacon in their burger and it was floppy and not cooked enough to bit through so it was a bit rubbery that way. Perhaps they just make bacon that way here, but I'd imagine no one wants to be gnawing or sawing through a burger bite.
Food took a while to get, there way no air conditioning, and the water jug was empty most the time...
