The granola was quite nice and the yogurt is very soft and light. The service was good but minimum though not in a bad way, I was there when they just opened so might have been a me issue. Easy payment as they accept any card. The inside has calm colors and features that soothe the eyes. They rotate their blends and offer a clear list making it easy to pick up. I went with the one recommended to and It’s a refined blend. Started my morning at this sleek Blue Bottle location in Shibuya, and wow - the Japanese attention to detail really elevates the whole coffee experience! The baristas here take their craft seriously, using precision scales and timers for every pour-over. Got their signature New Orleans iced coffee which was perfectly balanced - smooth, slightly sweet, with that subtle chicory flavor. The space has that minimalist Japanese aesthetic with beautiful wood and concrete elements. Prices are steep by Tokyo standards (¥600 for a regular coffee), but the quality is undeniable. Ample space for early morning caffeine-hounds. Tucked away in a semi-convenient location in Shibuya, Blue Bottle does it again with another exceptionally well thought out space-within-a-space. Counter and outdoor seating on the ground floor, lounge seating on the second. Though not as large as the Daikanyama location, it is larger than the Aoyama location.
