Best coffee experience of my life. For my last week in Tokyo, I went there every morning and tried all the different coffee beans they had. Shunsuke, the owner, is such an amazing person. Other than coffee recommendations, he also was very helpful on what to visit and what to eat around Tokyo. We had great conversations every morning, which made enjoying his great coffee even a better experience. Also, he speaks good English, so don't worry! However, the barista who served me suggested different profiles that the different coffee options have, ground the coffee as I ordered, and offered me to smell the aroma of the freshly ground coffee.
I can easily imagine this place being overwhelmed by even a small number of crowd but really appreciated the attention to details that the barista provided.
