This is one of my favorite bowls of noodles in Tokyo. I'm obsessed with "tantanmen," and Shuuichi offers an interesting take on it by adding curry flavor to the broth. The soup is bursting with flavor and creamy, and the noodles are thick and very filling. There is a picture menu on the ordering machine for those who cannot read Japanese.
I also want to add that, on my most recent visit, I forgot my gym bottle on the seat. Despite being alone in the shop, the gentleman who was working ran all the way back to the Ebisu subway station to return it.
