However, the nigiri sushi was simply bad. The otoro (fatty tuna) was flavorless and had stringy cartilage running through BOTH pieces - that I ordered separately. This is simply nforgivable in Japanese sushi culture. Also, I ordered mackerel and kohada (the Japanese menu listed 鯖 & 小肌) but both came out cured in vinegar (shime-saba and shime-kohada) which is unacceptable and not what one expects.
