Chef Toshio Fukumoto was superb in his mastery of sushi and sashimi. Everything was just perfect and we were wowed many many times through out the entire experience starting from the appetizers. The staff was kind enough to show us the pictures of each item, and told us how to enjoy the food in the best way possible, with English explanations.
