Tsuge Shimokitazawa Main Store — Restaurant in Tokyo

They pour a good beer, I’ll give them that, but the food tasted soulless, and the staff’s attitude was bad.

We went on a Monday night at around 7pm. The service started off like most places in Shimokitazawa, but when we started to order our food, the server greeted us with a pissed off expression, attitude, and even cut us off when we were trying to question/understand the items they were offering on the menu. (This interaction is all happening in Japanese by the way.) The food available here is similar to what you find in a touristy izakaya you might walk in to in a middle of shinjuku; low quality and absolutely mediocre at best.
