Pretty sure it's a family operation with a foreign staff. Hard for me to interpret the menu since I don't know much about Myanmar's food, but it seems broad enough and tilted to rice.
The main dish was a big piece of tender chicken on top of chahan-like rice with a few peanuts. There was some red powdery stuff that involved shrimp. I sprinkled it on like seasoning, and it was tasty. I felt the whole thing was probably Myanmar home cooking. The soup was an eggdrop type and the salad was tasty though a bit unusual.
