Out of all the Starbucks I’ve visited around the world, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a staff member. I have never encountered someone so blatantly rude.
The employee completely ignored my questions, pretended to be busy at the register instead of responding, and even had the audacity to burp right in front of me. Is this considered acceptable behavior?

Read moreUnfortunately I have to give this place a negative rating because of the bad service. I ordered a sandwich to go. The lady proceeded to warm it up without asking me first. (They always ask at every location) She said you have to warm it up. I’ve never heard that before. Then she didn’t give me a bag or ask me if I wanted one. (They always ask) This really turned me off. Other than that it’s a really nice Starbucks location. There are plenty of places to sit outdoors and enjoy the nature. While there are other other Starbucks in the area, if you want the Fragment/Starbucks collab tumblers this is the only Starbucks that sells them. They are pricy ($55 CAD) but they are well designed and thought out. You also get a free drink voucher with the purchase.
