Tonchan Ikebukurominamiten — Restaurant in Tokyo

When I visited the restaurant, the staff who looks like a korean and a senior acts so ruthlessly and causes the table to make purposeful noises. Also he is not friendly and his eyes are like weeded. It was my first time visiting this place and I got negative impression because of the staff. Also, the restaurant lets the customers to eat with 2 hrs limit which is fair but that korean staff asks us to leave even though 1hr left. We have so much to finish but I think “this is what korean restaurants look like?” , so I just let it go. What’s more is that, that korean senior staff bullies the other staff who cannot speaks Japanese very well, in front of thr customer which is so rude!!! May be that’s what the korean restaurants are about….

Also, the food, which is not that delicious with the way they serve… I ordered their recommended plates but it’s not that worth…First and last...

二度と利用しません。

私の家族が、この店で酷い扱いを受けたと泣いて帰ってきました。

6月22日のディナーで利用。

この店は嘔吐したら罰金5000円という独自のルールを設けているそうなのですが、 当人が嘔吐していないにも関わらず、罰金の支払いを脅迫され、暴言を吐かれた上で、仕方なく支払い退店したそうです。

経緯を話すと、当人がトイレを利用した際、 前に利用した人とすれ違ったそうです。その人は明らかに体調が悪そうで、自分の番になりトイレにはいると、嘔吐物が撒き散らされていた そう。 店員を呼ぼうとしたが、自分も用を足すのに我慢できず、最低限の清掃をし、用を足してトイレを出たそう。 その後同席していた友人がトイレを利用したそうです。

席に戻り、トイレに嘔吐物が散乱していた状況を同席した友人に話していると、男性店員がすごい剣幕で当人に怒鳴りつけてきたと言います。 お前らが吐いたのだろうと怒鳴られたので、それを否定し、経緯を説明しても聞き入れることはなく、

『お前が吐いたのだろう。俺は見ていた。』 『罰金を支払わなければ、退店させない。』 『絶対に、お前だ。許さない。』

と怒鳴られ続けたそう。 当人もその後トイレを利用した友人も女性だったので、代わりに同席していた男性が対応していたそうですが、 当人が利用した前の人にも事情を聞いてくれと伝えても、

『その客は、会計を済ませて店を出たから無理だ』

の一点張りで、当人達が吐いたと言うことを曲げず、 この他にも暴言を吐き続けられ、いくら話しても伝わらない状況に、当人も同席者もかなり気が滅入ってしまい、飲食代にプラスして5000円の罰金を支払い退店したそうです。

あまりの仕打ちに、当人も精神的に来てしまっているようで、もうあの店の近くにも行きたくないし、店にクレームを入れるのもキツいと言っていたので、私が代わりに書いています。

ありえません。今でも普通に営業しているのが腹立たしいです。 店の方針なのか、一店員の判断なのかは分かりませんが、 無い事実をでっち上げ、脅迫をした上で金を巻き上げるなど、詐欺師と同等です。 飲食店以前に、商売として終わっています。

別店舗を利用し、いいサービスを受けたことがあっただけに、非常にショックで、この店舗だけがこの様な非道な行為を行っていると信じたいです。 早くなくなって欲しいと思っています。
