I ordered a dish called “tsukemen”. It consists of noodles served with a separate bowl of soup where you are supposed to dip them. The taste was great. Even though I’m not a big fan of meat, I enjoyed the flavour and softness of the meat in the soup. You can also add a sort of paste called “yuzukoshyo” with a slightly citrus flavour. Adding it to your soup and eating it with noodles even enriches the flavour. After finishing your meal, you can ask for “Owari”, which is bouillon added to the soup so you can drink it.
