I've been there a few times but the last time I went I had a bad experience.. The main reason I gave a one star is due to the Asian woman not sure if she is Japanese but speaks English well (I think she is the chief barista or manager) . I was sitting on one seat and I decided to move seats to charge my phone at another counter. I sat there for a minute but before I had a time to get my belongings from the other seat, that woman came over to me like a freight train from the opposite side of the lounge and pretty much scolded me in front of other customers to say I need to move my stuff over and not use two seats. This hag needs to chill out as she didn't even give me a moment to collect myself. She also needs to learn a little something about being discreet and lower her voice when talking to customers. How she is the floor manager is beyond me and sets a bad example for her junior staff.
Shameful and absolutely rude behavior from someone who obviously has a huge ego and is trying to look more important than she is . I will never go back due...

I give it a two stars overall (not less) for the chill atmosphere and actually serving drinks in the morning. With the prices at nosebleed level though, I...
