Trunk — Restaurant in Tokyo

I've been there a few times but the last time I went I had a bad experience.. The main reason I gave a one star is due to the Asian woman not sure if she is Japanese but speaks English well (I think she is the chief barista or manager) . I was sitting on one seat and I decided to move seats to charge my phone at another counter. I sat there for a minute but before I had a time to get my belongings from the other seat, that woman came over to me like a freight train from the opposite side of the lounge and pretty much scolded me in front of other customers to say I need to move my stuff over and not use two seats. This hag needs to chill out as she didn't even give me a moment to collect myself. She also needs to learn a little something about being discreet and lower her voice when talking to customers. How she is the floor manager is beyond me and sets a bad example for her junior staff.

My experience here was meh. I came shortly after they opened on a weekday morning and was “greeted” by a female non-Japanese staff who seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else. There were lots of do’s and don’t. You have to order from the drink menu despite the row of bottles on the shelf. They won’t take cash. My “hot” Irish coffee was lukewarm and lacked flavor.
