Nestled amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, Twelve Gardens Bar & Grill offers a serene escape for patrons seeking respite from their daily grind. My wife and I have made it a delightful habit to unwind at this charming establishment, indulging in a glass of fine wine or two after a long day.
From the moment you step inside, you are enveloped by the warm embrace of the staff, whose hospitality knows no bounds. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness elevate the dining experience, making each visit memorable.
The ambience at Twelve Gardens is truly enchanting. The open two-story house design, adorned with verdant greenery, exudes an inviting charm. The lively open kitchen on the first floor and the cozy bar nestled in one corner add to the vibrant atmosphere, while the glass-walled dining room and garden terrace bathe the space in soft, natural sunlight.
What sets Twelve Gardens apart is its ever-changing garden, a spectacle that transforms with the seasons. Aptly named after this lush sanctuary, the restaurant captures the essence of nature's beauty year-round, offering guests a dynamic and enchanting backdrop for their dining experience.
But it's not just the aesthetics that make Twelve Gardens special; it's the sense of community and camaraderie that permeates the air. The flying conversations, laughter, and relaxed vibes create a lively yet comfortable ambiance, where patrons can unwind, connect, and savor the simple joys of life.
Whether you're looking for a romantic evening with your significant other, a casual catch-up with friends, or a solo retreat to recharge, Twelve Gardens Bar & Grill beckons with its tranquil allure and irresistible charm. If you are going to pour water for the customer and the glass is hard to reach ,you should ask first if they want refill, not take the glass by yourself by placing your hand on top of the food that other customer is eating at the moment and get done with it with a poker face and leave without any words . If you are charging service charge at least serve the customer with a welcoming gesture or a smile . While placing the toppings on the table for the pancakes her finger literally touched the icecream which shows that she hasn’t been trained well .
2 star for the food because my friend initially mentioned that she is allergic to pork but found pork in her hamburger *we asked the server in Japanese and also he mentioned there is no pork in the hamburger and it’s all beef . As a food and service industry your staffs must always be knowledgeable about the outcome of such irresponsibility. The pancakes we were so excited for was totally not worth it as it smelled of raw egg while eating.
5 star for the ambience of the place .
But Sad that the standards...

A real shame, as the food was delicious, and the upstairs area feels almost like a private restaurant. Upstairs would still be a good choice for an official work function. I’m sure they would do a custom dinner for the right...
