I think I got scammed Came there during lunch on a weekday for their lunch menu and when I was ordering eggplant sandwich, the staff asked me if I wanted a single item (単品), which I said “yes” to bcs I didn’t understand what it was (yeah, I know, my bad). Anyway, the cost came up to around 1.500¥, which is pretty expensive for a tiny sandwich and a cup of coffee (even in the Minato area). When I checked the receipt, they charged me separately for the sandwich and the coffee even though I’ve ordered (and pointed at) the lunch menu (which included the drink). Oh well. It’s a shame because otherwise the food and drinks are good and the atmosphere is really nice - they have a terrace outside, which is rare in Japan,...

I was very disappointed by the service lately, even though it is a great place to chill: I am a regular customer coming 3 to sometimes 4 times per week, sometimes inviting friends, always with the same order.

I like to drink lattes but my tolerance to coffee is low so I would always ask for a little coffee only, now the staff is refusing to indulge in my request. Apparently the manager changed?!

This does not reflect well on the quality of service and clearly, it does not show a customer oriented...

Great coffee, great service, chill environment. Not too busy when we went, but on a day we passed by it was popping! I also went back and had a snack and a lemonade. Now, if you're American, the lemonade will kinda confuse you. I think we put too much sugar in ours haha but I still enjoyed my drink. Would return for a morning coffee to start each day if I had more time and was better at...
