The food was good but the service wasn't. The staff were obviously overworked and took it out on the customers. They have a very complicated order system that makes it hardest for their staff. Customers must order food and drinks through different systems; I don't understand it enough to explain. We ordered the last order of food, but it was after the end of the drink order. When the last food order arrived, they took our full drinks and said we needed to order new drinks if we wanted to stay to eat the food. It turned into a lowkey fight between my group and the waitress. She was frustrated and so were we.

The food was good, but VERY expensive. The gratin oyster was was 700+ each. Various other items were overpriced. The best part was “unlimited” raw oysters, but you could only order one medium size plate at a time and it took 15-20 minutes each time so the time limit ran out fast. I was with a group of 11 people and we had to take turns eating raw oysters, even though everyone paid for the option.

The food in this restaurant is NOT FRESH! We had oyster buffet that night. Without having any alcohol, we vomited right away in the restaurant. The guy didn't even ask us what's wrong, do we need to go to the hospital. In the contrast, he charged $300 which is 30000 Japanese yen for "CLEANING". He didn't even apologize for the food, asked for the money right away. This is completely fraud and a scheme!!! I have a solidreasonn to believe that restaurant served foods that had gone bad and waited for the customer to throw out in the restraunt so they can charge a crazy price on cleaning. They even claimed that the "cleaning fee is actually $600 which is 60000 Japanese yen" they "split" it with us. Seriously? $600 for cleaning fee? Should I say THANK YOU for SPLITTING it with us? Or should I accuse you for serving stale oyster and got sick after eating...

下記は食べログに投稿した内容でしたが、店側？に非公開にされたためGoogleに投稿します。 ちなみにGoogleの投稿も初めてです。 Googleの高評価の方達の口コミを見てみてください。 ほとんどがコメントのない5もしくは4の評価です。

サイアクです。 私は食べログに投稿したことはありませんが、こんな店に行って不幸な方が出ないようにするため、初めて投稿させていただきます。 私は7980円の食べ飲み放題のコースを利用しました。

①まず、お店に行くと隣との席の近さに驚愕します。二人で行ったのですが、丸椅子に座らせられ、隣との席の距離は1mもありません。

②他の方が言われているように生牡蠣がこの上なく美味しくない。 『牡蠣を水で洗ってるのかと思った』と口コミがありますが、私は競合店がありもしない口コミを書いているのだろうと思っていました。 しかし、お店に行き生牡蠣を食べてみると口コミの通り、水で洗ってるのかと思うくらい旨味が一切なかったです。

③牡蠣に旨味がないので卓上に置いてある醤油、塩で味を誤魔化そうとするのですが、誤魔化せません。どうやって『不味くなく』食べるか考えます。店もそれ（牡蠣が美味しくない）を承知の上でポン酢や紅葉おろし等を用意しております。しかしこれは全て課金制で200円を課金しなければ持ってきてくれません。

④飲み放題で『魔王、白州、獺祭』などの有名どころのお酒が飲めるとあります。私は最初に白州をロックで飲みましたが、明らかにやっっっすいウイスキーの味で白州ではありませんでした。次に魔王を飲みますがこれも明らかに安い芋焼酎の味がしました。最後に獺祭を飲みましたがこれも明らかに獺祭ではありませんでした。

⑤飲み放題はセルフサービス制なのですが、ハイボールやサワーなどを自分で作る際、グラスの飲み口を皆で共用の焼酎やウイスキーの押し口に当てます。ハイボールを飲んでる際はそのグラスを常に使うので他人の飲んだグラスを共用の飲み口に当てられている可能性が大です。

⑥日本酒を飲む際。これは私が気にしすぎなのかもしれませんが、セルフで日本酒を注ぐ際に冷蔵庫から客が日本酒を持ってきて注ぐのですが、埋め込み式のキャップを使っているので、他の客がキャップの埋め込み部分を素手で触っている可能性大です。

⑦男子トイレについて。男子トイレは洋式のトイレが一つあります。しかし手洗い場はなく、石鹸などももちろん用意されておりません。不衛生であることこの上ないです。

⑧日本酒の冷蔵庫がカビだらけ。全く清掃していないんだと思います。

⑨牡蠣は産地直送とありますが、どこから届いているのかは全くわかりませんし、店員から説明もありません。産地の選択肢も全くありません。

以上いろいろと書きましたが、私は個人であり競合店などではありません。ただ単純に他の方々に不幸な思いをしてほしくないために書かせていただきます。制限時間の途中、提供してる酒の内容が違うと警察に通報をしようかと思ったレベルです。この口コミを見て不幸な人が一人でも出ないことが私の願いです。 ちなみに二人で行き一人10個ほど食べたのですが、一人は当たっ...
