This is one of the nation-wide Japanese restaurant chains, dedicated to serve tofu and other traditional Japanese cuisines. My favorites include “Mineoka-tofu” which tastes like cheese cakes as it made from milk and “Yuba” made from soybeans like tofu but only the skimmed soybean milk is used as a main ingredient.
