I thought Eel bowl would be expensive in Japan but surprisingly the price was pretty good. I only spent 1000 Japanese Yen for the eel dish combo. The service was great too! Highly recommended!
You will see the charcoal grill at the front. They told me they use bincho charcoal to grill the eel. I ordered Hitsumabushi combo. It has three ways to taste the eel. First, have a bite of the original grilled eel. Secondly, put the white rice in a bowl and put the eel on top, and then put some peppercorn powder and shredded seaweed if you like to. I told her yes, because their unagi was truly delicious.
If you're ever in Akihabara, I highly recommend giving Unatoto a try. The food is excellent and incredibly affordable. It's now one of my favourite...
