まず、アミューズの鶏胸肉のカチョエペペが絶品。

淡白な胸肉がパルメザンとオリーブオイルで、グルメにいただけます。

マッシュルームとセルバチコのサラダにもチーズがあしらわれ、振り加減が繊細でおいしい。

笹の葉に包まれたトリュフつくねは、グリーンが織り込まれたつくねを、トリュフオイルでいただきます

名物！石窯ローストチキンは、爽やかなハーブと香ばしいスパイスが香り、やはり絶品。 粒マスタードと粒胡椒が添えられましたが、プチプチの粒胡椒がまた美味しく、止まらなくなります。

既にこの時点でお腹いっぱいでしたので、 名物はまたぜひ、ゆっくりリピートしたいです

コースに、デザートがないのは残念でしたが、 ボリュームも多く男性の方も満足度高そうです。

飲み放題のワインは、赤白ともにカリフォルニアのカルロロッシ、バランスよく、お食事にも合いました。

別メニューで豊富なチョイスもあり、お好みでさらにいろいろ楽しめそうです。
