Good to see a Singaporean brand doing well in another country. The kaya toast tastes exactly the same as in Singapore. The teh bing/milk tea is much sweeter than in Singapore. Only one egg is given instead of the usual two.
Instead of saying the sugar level i.e. siu dai/kosong, the drinks are given without sugar, and you can add sugar separately to achieve your desired sweetness
Ordering is the same, choose what you want and pay first, then collect your drink. the toast will be given separately when it's done cooking. the price however is more expensive -- the kaya toast set is 950 yen compared to the $7-8 in Singapore, but there is no upcharge when getting a cold drink...
