I have been to this yakitori for years. The food is timelessly delicious, the sake menu is just as good as it was years ago. What impressed me this time is the crew they got there.

They are young chefs and staffs, enthusiatic about the food that they make. They make jokes, properly enough just to lighten up the mood. Dining there for 2 hours, I suddenly feel very hopeful about the future of the super-aging nation.

I have been in Japan for a long time. I usually see restaurants with senior chefs, experienced, skilled but somehow exhausted. It has been a while since I can feel this, so please...

Came twice in quick succession. Very friendly staff, ask for English menu if needed. Ordered the draft beer, very good presentation with bamboo shaped beer glass. Ordered yakitori, and added the white fried chicken, which ended up being the highlight. Fried chicken is tender and juicy, light easy batter. Had to come back for fried chicken the second time. Roast onion is sweet and the pinch of salt is a nice touch. One of the fancier yakitori options, crowded place, come early or might not...

Great place to go for Yakitori (Japanese BBQ). They have an English menu when you ask for it (or show you don't speak Japanese :)). Especially the chicken tender loin and tender shoulder we found tasty. But go for the chefs special is you want the full experience 😉. Also the dry sake was a good choice. Make sure to take the glass out of glass (they'll make it overflow - Japanese tradition). While we were here it was full and only Japanese. All to confirm it was a good choice we that made to...
