The chefs stand behind the counter facing us, preparing our food while we watch, and there are numerous staff behind us to quickly assist with anything we want. The chef and waiters were friendly; just the style of the restaurant is that we are not intended to notice the waiters. Sashimi is an expensive commodity and the quantities were very generous, so I don't know why other reviewers rate this restaurant as expensive.
