Okay, I have to start with this: I was not in the mood to cook my own food when we got here. I was tired, hungry, and honestly a little grumpy—and I even got upset with my husband when I realized we’d have to cook the meat ourselves. But let me tell you, I’m SO glad we came. The meat came out incredibly fast, and yes, you do cook it yourself, but that’s the beauty of it. You’re not waiting around for someone else to take their sweet time—you’re in control, and it cooks super quickly. The meat was absolutely amazing. They give you a variety of sauces on the side for dipping, plus salt and pepper if you want to season it yourself. We tried our first batch with just salt and pepper—so good. Then we cooked the second batch with no seasoning at all, just to see how the meat tasted on its own. OMG. It melted in our mouths. So tender, so flavorful, so delicious. Honestly, I’m thinking of coming back here every single night until we leave Tokyo. So don’t let the idea of cooking your own food scare you off—it’s quick, easy, and totally worth it. We thought we’d spend two hours here, but we were completely satisfied in just 45 minutes. The staff were amazing, and the place has a super charming vibe. Just go—you won’t regret it!!

Had the wagyu bibimbap and steak set. The meat was grilled over charcoal. The sizzling of meat and dripping oils from the wagyu meat, the oils causing small fires to start, makes the whole experience much better than an electronic grill. The staff was nice and friendly. They helped to teach on how to grill the meat and helped when the fire became tok big. The bibimbap was nice, but the wagyu stole the show for me. The meal was so soft and tender. I felt like I could eat a lot of it. However, do be warned it eating too much fatty meat can be overwhelming. The portion of the set can be for 2 people. So do share it with your friends, order more when needed. Would recommend you to come if you are in the area. Wagyu is quite expensive in general, so make sure you have enough cash. I was able to pay using a visa card.

Me and my brother came in earlier today and let me tell you that it was a wonderful experience. The service was absolutely incredible everyone there was extremely attentive and the atmosphere was very nice and clean. It’s a great restaurant that has been around for 2 years now in Shinjuku. The owner and the employees were really nice, friendly, and cool people. Lastly the food was beyond expectation for roughly 26,000 yen me and my brother ate until we were full and the Wagyu beef was supreme some of the best I’ve had especially paired with their spicy sauce. The sides were great too and the chef was very accommodating when I asked him for some things they wouldn’t usually serve with the rice. Please come visit them and you will have a delectable experience.
